Regina Beach Boat Rentals - Policies

All rentals must have 1 person with a boat operators card or 1 person must complete a short safety checklist prior to leaving. (The Safety Checklist is free and takes about 15 minutes to complete.)
Must be 18 years or older to rent
Must Sign a waiver
No Smoking/Vaping on the boat
No consuming Alcohol or Drugs on the boat at anytime. (Rental agreement will be terminated and payment will not be returned if renters ignore this policy)
Fuel and taxes additional
All Rentals that arrive after their allotted time and have not communicated with Regina Beach Boat Rentals will be charged a late fee of $50 for every 15 minutes late.

All Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to your rental date and time to receive full refund.
Regina Beach Boat Rentals understands that the safety of the customer is very important. All weather related cancellations will be determined by Regina Beach Boat Rentals. We will cancel your rental if the weather network app projects sustained windspeeds over 30 km per hour or gusts over 50 km per hour for the first 2 hours of your rental or if the weather network app projects 80% or more chance of rain for the first two hours of your rental.
In the event that a storm or high winds occur after the first two hours of the rental, Regina Beach Boat Rentals will not refund any portion of your rental

Regina Beach Boat Rentals has zero tolerance for damage caused from the neglect of the boat driver or its passengers. All Renters are responsible for damage caused to the boat during the rental
Damage includes running the boat a ground, failing to avoid objects in the water or while docking, Rips, tears and burns to upholstery from passengers, improper use of the sea legs docking system, Wreckless driving, overloading the boat etc.
