Check in time 4:00pm, Check out time 11am. Late check outs and early check ins are available to guests for a fee of $25. Early check in time is 2pm and late check out time is 1 pm. Requests must be made by email to guestservices@centrestreetsuites.ca, if the request can be accommodated you will receive an email confirmation prior to the 11 am checkout time.
Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to check in to receive a full refund minus the $50 per room non refundable booking deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check in will be charged a fee equal to the full cost of the entire reservation. No shows or early departures will be charged the full cost of the entire reservation. Cancellations can be made by emailing guestservices@centrestreetsuites.ca
Starting Sept 1, 2024, every room reservation will require a $50.00 non-refundable booking deposit. The deposit will be processed within 48 hours of your reservation booking. The booking deposit is not an additional fee and will be directly applied to your reservation balance. If you cancel a portion of your reservation or all of your reservation more than 7 days prior to your check-in, your deposit will not be refunded or applied to your reservation total.
Certified service animals with proper documentation at check in are welcome to stay for free!
A maximum of 2 pets per room are allowed on the main floor rooms only. A non refundable fee per pet is $20 for the duration of your stay along with a $20 one time non refundable cleaning fee per pet. Damages or additional cleaning as a result of a pet will be billed according to the cost to repair or clean. All pet owners are required to have their pets on a leash or in a proper carrier while they are outside of the hotel. Pet owners must ensure that their pets are not being a nuisance or making excessive noise. Failure to comply with the pet policy will result in the responsible guests reservation being terminated without refund.
Centre Street Suites has an up to date housekeeping program that promotes our eco-friendly values and allows guests an uninterrupted stay. Guests will be provided housekeeping services after every seventh night when booking longer stays. If guests require additional towels or supplies outside of this schedule please email guestservices@centrestreetsuites.ca
